We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as necessary. These currently include:

  • Hosting & infrastructure — our website and form data are hosted on servers we control (Hetzner / Contabo, located in the EU/EEA).
  • Database — enquiry details are stored in our own database (Supabase) used to manage and respond to enquiries.
  • Email — enquiry notifications are sent to our business email so we can respond.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on our site, your message and phone number are processed through WhatsApp, operated by Meta. This only happens if you initiate contact through that channel; see WhatsApp’s own privacy terms for how they process your data.
  • Professional advisers — accountants or legal advisers where required.

We may also disclose data where required by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

  • Enquiry / audit requests that do not become clients: up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Client records: for the duration of our relationship and up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We aim to keep your data within the UK and EEA. If any provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement) before any transfer.
