How a fixed-price MVP project works
Four clear steps from idea to live product. Everything is written down, demonstrated and agreed before the next step begins, so you always know where your project stands.
Specification
We start with your idea and turn it into a written specification. This is the document that fixes the scope, so it is worth the time to get it right.
- The problem you solve and who your users are
- Must-have features for the first version, and what waits for later
- Screens, user roles, integrations and payments
- The launch date, written into your contract once you sign off
Build
We build in small steps and show you working software regularly, on a private test link you can click through. You give feedback early, while changes are still cheap.
- Regular demos of the real product, not slides
- AI-assisted development, with every part reviewed by a person
- Changes inside the agreed scope are handled as you go
Review
Before anything goes live, we test the product as your users will use it, and harden it for real traffic, real data and real payments.
- Testing of every key user journey
- Basic security and performance checks
- A final feedback round with a clear fix list
Launch and handover
We deploy the product on your own accounts, so you own and control everything from day one. Then we walk you through how it all works.
- Deployment on your hosting, domain and payment accounts
- Handover session and written documentation
- A 30-day bug-fix window after launch
What fits into an MVP, and what does not
Good fit
- SaaS tools with accounts and subscriptions
- Client portals and internal tools
- Simple marketplaces and booking platforms
- Dashboards and workflow apps built around one core job
Not part of this package
- Native iOS and Android apps
- Complex functions such as real-time features or custom algorithms (quoted as add-ons)
- Open-ended projects without a clear first version
Bigger ideas are welcome. We split them into phases and build the most valuable one first.
