How payment works
The price is fixed for the scope in your signed specification. A deposit starts the project and the balance is due on launch. All prices exclude VAT. Costs charged by third parties, such as hosting, domain names and payment providers, are paid by you directly to them, so you stay in control of your accounts.
What the standard package covers
The £5,990 price is for an MVP built from standard functions. These are the building blocks that appear in almost every product, and that we can build quickly and reliably:
- Sign-up, login, password reset and user profiles, with simple roles such as customer and admin
- Forms, lists, detail pages, and keyword search and filters
- Dashboards with basic totals and charts
- File upload and download
- Email notifications and simple automatic emails
- Payments or subscriptions through one payment provider, such as Stripe
- Standard integrations with well-documented services
- One feature that uses an existing AI service
- A basic admin area and basic analytics

Complex functions are quoted separately
What drives the cost is not the number of screens or user types. It is functions that take a long time or are complex to build, such as real-time features, custom algorithms or heavy data processing. On the intro call we tell you which of your functions are standard and which are complex. Complex functions get their own written price before you sign anything. You can also start with the standard package and add them in a later phase. Once you sign the specification, the price for that scope is fixed.
Delivery guarantee
Your contract names the launch date. If we miss it because of us, we refund 5% of the fee for each full week of delay, up to a maximum of 25%. Delays caused by late feedback or changes to the scope move the date accordingly. The full wording is in our terms.
