Terms of service

The terms that apply to REBORN Launch projects. We offer our services to businesses only.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all services provided by REBORN Technologies Ltd, company number 16805743 ("REBORN", "we"), to you ("the client"), including the REBORN Launch package. They are part of every proposal and contract unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Businesses only

We offer our services to businesses and to founders acting for a business purpose. We do not offer them to consumers.

3. The MVP Launch package and scope

The package consists of the deliverables and the standard scope described on our pricing page and on our MVP scope page. The exact scope of your project is set out in a written specification that you sign off before the build starts. The signed specification defines the scope. Anything outside it is a change (see section 6). Custom projects, including AI support projects, follow these terms together with a written proposal that sets their scope and price.

4. Price and payment

The price of the standard package is £5,990 excluding VAT. It applies to the standard package scope described on our pricing page. Functions that go beyond that scope, which we call complex functions, are quoted individually in your proposal, before you sign. Once you have signed the specification, the price for that scope is fixed. A deposit is due to start the project and the balance is due on launch, as stated in your proposal. Costs charged by third parties, such as hosting, domain names, payment providers and software licences, are not included and are paid by you directly.

5. Timeline and delivery guarantee

Your contract states the launch date. If we miss that date because of us, we refund 5% of the package price for each full week of delay, up to a maximum of 25% of the package price. This refund is your only remedy for delay. A delay caused by you, for example late feedback, missing content or access, or a change to the scope, moves the launch date by the same amount of time.

6. Changes

Small adjustments inside the signed scope are part of the project. Any other change is handled as a written change request with its price and its effect on the launch date. We only start work on a change once you have accepted it in writing.

7. What we need from you

You agree to give us timely feedback and decisions, the content and access we need, and one point of contact who can make decisions for you. Turnaround times are agreed in the specification.

8. Acceptance and bug fixes

On launch, we hand over the product and you review it against the specification. For 30 days after launch we fix, free of charge, defects where the product does not work as specified. Defects caused by changes made by others, by third-party services or by use outside the specification are not covered. Further development is a separate engagement.

9. Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, the rights in the code and designs we create specifically for you transfer to you. Open-source components remain under their own licences, and our general tools, methods and know-how remain ours. Unless you tell us not to, we may mention the project in our portfolio without disclosing confidential information.

10. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for the project. On request, we review and sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before the intro call.

11. Use of AI tools

We use AI-assisted tools to build faster. A person reviews and tests everything we deliver. We do not use your confidential business information to train AI models.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability under a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit. We do not guarantee business results such as revenue, users or funding.

13. Termination

Either party may end a project in writing if the other commits a material breach and does not fix it within 14 days of written notice. You pay for the work completed up to the end date.

14. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future projects. The version in your signed proposal applies to your project.
